Flat Rate Shipping 
All wedding gowns will ship for $30.00 within the continental U.S. Please contact us for shipping rates on any order outside the continental U.S.  Cost of shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation.  Shipping can be done to PO Boxes when using USPS Priority.

Ordering Online
To make a purchase online, simply choose a size and color and click on the “Add to Cart” button for the item(s) you wish to purchase. When you are finished shopping, click on the “View Cart” button to begin the checkout process. If you encounter problems when making your online purchase, call us at 330-929-2189 for assistance


Ordering By Phone
If you would like to make your purchase by phone, please contact us at (330)929-2189  Mon-Sat 10-5 EST.  Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.  If you reach the answering machine, please leave a detailed message. 


Ordering By Email 
Email your order to us at wwbridal@att.net.  Please include the following information: designer,     style number, color, size, your name and billing address, payment information, phone number, shipping address, and wedding date.

Shipping Time
How long will it take for your dress to arrive?

All of our dresses are in stock and ready to ship to you usually within 3-5 days after payment has been received and processed. Please keep in mind that during the busy bridal season, shipping time may be delayed slightly. . If you would like to know if a dress is in stock please call us at 330-929-2189 with the style number, color, and size.  Someone will be happy to check shipping times for you!  Dresses will ship either USPS Priority or UPS ground and will take approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive.  

Express delivery is available upon request and for an additional fee.
